Privacy Policy
Data you enter
Projects, shoot days, rates, gear, your name, contact details, bank account details and profile photo are stored on your device, inside the app. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. They are included in your device's own backups (iCloud or computer) under Apple's control.
iCloud sync
If you are signed in to iCloud, the app keeps your projects, profile and profile photo in your own private iCloud database, so they are the same on your iPhone and iPad. This data is stored by Apple in your iCloud account; we cannot see or access it. You can turn this off for CrewTimesheet in Settings › [your name] › iCloud, or delete the data in Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Storage.
Documents you share
When you create a timecard or invoice, the PDF is made on your device. It leaves your device only when you choose to share it, for example by Mail or WhatsApp, and then it is handled by the app you share it with.
Contacts and photos
If you import from your contact card, the app uses Apple's contact picker and sees only the single card you choose; it has no access to the rest of your contacts. If you choose a photo, the app sees only that photo. Both are used only to fill in your profile on your device.
Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details. The app checks your subscription status with Apple on your device.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
CrewTimesheet contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party SDKs, and it does not track you across apps or websites.
Children
The app is a work tool for film crew and is not directed at children. It collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
