CrewTimesheet
What the app does
Log your call and wrap times for each shoot day. CrewTimesheet works out overtime, running lunch, short turnaround and gear rental, then creates a PDF timecard and invoice you can send to production.
Frequently asked questions
How is overtime calculated?
Time worked beyond the shift length is overtime (12 hours by default). A running lunch adds one hour. If the rest since the previous wrap is shorter than the minimum rest (12 hours by default), the missing hours are added as overtime. You can choose fixed, progressive, doubling or stepped overtime, and rounding, in each project's settings.
Where is my data stored?
On your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own private iCloud, so your projects are the same on your iPhone and iPad. CrewTimesheet has no account and no server of its own. See the Privacy Policy.
What does CrewTimesheet Pro include?
One project is free with every feature. Pro unlocks unlimited projects and PDFs for every project. It starts with a one-week free trial, then renews yearly.
How do I cancel or restore my subscription?
Cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To restore on a new device, open the Pro screen in the app and tap Restore.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
Your projects are included in your device's iCloud or computer backup and come back when you restore that backup to a new device.
